Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited on VoteStacks. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Service. Violating this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

You may not post, share, or link to content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Is hateful, harassing, or promotes violence or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics.
• Is sexually explicit, depicts child sexual abuse, or exploits minors in any way.
• Depicts or promotes self-harm, terrorism, or serious violence.
• Contains malware, or is designed to phish or steal credentials.
• Is spam, deceptive, or intentionally misleading.

You may not:

• Manipulate polls or votes, including using bots, multiple accounts, or automated scripts to inflate or distort results.
• Impersonate any person or organization or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Harvest or scrape data from the Service without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or content-moderation measures.
• Use the Service to violate the privacy of others or to collect personal data without consent.

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, limiting features, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor content. Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion and may occur with or without notice.
